Ingredients:

  • ½ cup sugar

  • ½ cup sweet wine or water

  • Cinnamon (for decoration)

Preparation:
  1. Make the cream: In a pan, mix condensed milk, evaporated milk, and sugar. Cook over medium heat until thick.

  2. Remove from heat and let it cool. Then, add vanilla and slowly mix in the egg yolks.

  3. Pour into small bowls and set aside.

  4. Make the meringue: In another pan, boil sugar and water (or sweet wine) to make syrup.

  5. Beat the egg whites until firm, then slowly add the hot syrup while mixing.

  6. Put the meringue in a piping bag and decorate the dessert.

  7. Sprinkle with cinnamon and let it cool before serving.
